Motions filed to dismiss 1995 murder case

Motions to dismiss charges and reduce bond for the man arrested in connection with the death of a 26-year-old woman and her 17-month-old son in 1995 were filed earlier this month by the defense counsel. Scott A. One dead, one injured in Monroe County crash

CLARINGTON – One 16-year-old girl died in an auto accident that also injured a second teen on Tuesday evening. The St. Clairsville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol confirmed late Tuesday that it was investigating the deadly crash. The single-vehicle accident occurred on Ohio 556 in Salem Township.
