Reports/Washington County ¯ Deputies were dispatched Dec. 26 to Ross Road, Decatur Township, in reference to a 911 hang-up with yelling heard in the background. Deputies were advised that Breanna Keffer resided at the home and had struck both of the residents with a closed fist, multiple times. A 911 call was attempted with Keffer taking the phone and throwing it in the yard. Reports/Washington County ¯ Deputies were dispatched Dec. 22 to Ohio 550, Warren Township, to a report of a domestic dispute. Edward Houk Jr. was reported to have been disruptive in the home. Deputies were advised that Houk had made threats to the residents. Deputies met with Houk, who was in the woods near the residence, and allowed deputies to speak with him.
