Lewis, 59, of 3307 Righteous Ridge Road, Waterford, was northbound Dec. 31 on Ohio 339 in Waterford Township when her 2017 Toyota 86 crossed over the centerline and went off the left side of the roadway. After conducting an investigation, the man, identified as Joseph Knutson of 60 Railroad St., Whipple, was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia. ¯ A deputy responded Thursday to a criminal damaging complaint in Marietta Township. Reports/Washington County ¯ Deputies were dispatched Dec. 26 to Ross Road, Decatur Township, in reference to a 911 hang-up with yelling heard in the background. Deputies were advised that Breanna Keffer resided at the home and had struck both of the residents with a closed fist, multiple times. A 911 call was attempted with Keffer taking the phone and throwing it in the yard.
