Reports/Washington County ¯ A deputy responded to an incident Friday in Barlow Township. While en route, the deputy was advised that the subject in question was leaving the residence. The subject was located driving erratically and almost caused a traffic crash. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Matthew Moyers, who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
