As the country and the State of Ohio limp toward the November elections, voters need to ask themselves: who really has their backs? From where this voter sits, it’s NOT the Republican party. The United States House of Representatives recently passed a bill to lower the cost of life-saving insulin to $35 per month. The bill was opposed by 193 Republicans despite the fact that people with diabetes can pay as much as $4000 per month for insulin. Dr. Svitlana Krakovska, a Ukrainian climate scientist and member of the International Panel on Climate Change recently said, “Human induced climate change and the war on Ukraine have the same roots, fossil fuels, and our dependence on them,” Europe’s dependence on fossil fuels from Russia is “funding the war” in Ukraine. The fossil fuel quandary

Much is being made nowadays about a perception that the United States needs to increase fossil fuel production in the form of natural gas (methane) and oil production. Corporations drive gouging

Look folks, the president has no say in gasoline price at the pumps. Crude oil imports from Russia amount to 1.3% of total. The Keystone Pipeline is not shut down and does nothing for the U.S. The price of gasoline is up because oil conglomerates decided to screw you, blame others and think you are misinformed or ill-informed enough to accept their lies.
