Domenic and Brenda (Reed) DeGori of Marietta are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with a private family dinner followed by a cruise to the Southern Caribbean.

They were married on Aug. 2, 1969, at St. Mary Catholic Church by Father Anthony Pandolfo. They lived in Maryland for 37 years before returning to Marietta 13 years ago. Domenic is a retired banker having been employed in the metropolitan Baltimore area. Brenda is a retired English teacher and worked for Anne Arundel and Baltimore County school systems.

The couple has two sons, Robert (Linda) of Aberdeen, MD and Mark (Melissa) of Sewickley, PA. They are the proud grandparents of Lauren DeGori of Murfreesboro, TN.
